What is There is Talent?
Our story begins when our director Claudia was doing her MBA at NSU Florida. There, she met many entrepreneurs who had hired virtual assistants from the Philippines but were struggling with time zone differences which were causing communication problems.
She decided to find a solution, she began to work on the idea and that’s when she founded There is Talent. We are a company based in Bogota, Colombia, that provides experienced virtual assistants and customer support agents in US time zones to entrepreneurs who seek to free up time, focus on their core strategies and grow their business.
Claudia’s goal as a female entrepreneur is to help her clients scale their business more quickly as they find the perfect balance between work and their personal life.

There is a long list of tasks you can delegate to a virtual assistant, it all depends on your needs. Let’s analyze some of the most common tasks our clients have decided to outsource to our team of VAs.
General Virtual Assistant
The term ¨general¨ alludes to the idea of supporting you with multiple aspects of your business, starting from everyday tasks to administrative tasks that might require more time and attention.
Some examples are sales tasks, appointment setting, outbound calling, lead generation, and prospecting. The results you can expect from this process are more clients since your virtual assistant will be contacting potential clients with the ultimate goal of closing a final sale.
Marketing Expert
Virtual Assistants for female entrepreneurs can perform all kinds of marketing tasks. These tasks range from market research to data analysis. The goal is to boost your marketing efforts so you are able to become more attractive to new clients.
Social Media Manager
Did you know digital marketing takes 80% of all marketing channels? It makes it very hard for businesses to be competitive if they don’t have a strong online presence. Our VAs can help you achieve this!
Here are some examples of duties a VA for social media management handles for your business: Instagram management, community management, content creation, campaign management, social media integration, SEO, inbound traffic, and branding.
Some results you can expect are more interactions with your brand since you’ll be reaching a broader audience through your digital channels. Also, you’ll develop a loyal community that interacts with your content. All this engagement is beneficial for any brand that wants to get people talking and recommending their product or service.
Contact Agents
Contact centers are also known as call centers. This is a part of a business that handles a large call volume. Each business has different requirements, so calls have different purposes like scheduling appointments, customer service calls, marketing calls/cold calls, etc.
We offer flexible contracting plans, meaning you can enjoy the following benefits:
