While surrounded by ambitious entrepreneurs, Claudia noticed a common theme—many of them were hiring virtual assistants from the Philippines, but the time zone difference was causing communication delays and workflow disruptions.
Being from Colombia, Claudia realized there was a better solution. She knew that Latin America had a wealth of highly qualified professionals who could work seamlessly in U.S. time zones. With this insight, the idea for There Is Talent was born.
