How do I pay?
You can pay by Stripe and we’ll take care of all the obligations and all the payments to the VA. You make the payment directly to us.

We will provide you with their phone number, email address and any other relevant contact information. Besides, you can agree any other means of contact with your assistant.
Can I change my assistant? What guarantees do you offer?
If you are unhappy with your assistant’s performance for any reason, we can provide you with another one, if you are not satisfied, you can at any time!
Can I interview the applicants?
Absolutely! We want you to be satisfied with our service, so you can select the person that fits best your needs. On request, we will provide you with their contact information so you can interview them by phone, Skype, Zoom, WebEx, Google Hangouts, to name a few.
What criteria are you using to choose the best talent?
We profile our candidates based on their background, education, work history, and other characteristics related to your particular industry or the tasks needed. This may for example include their communication, organizational and technical skills – MS Office, G Suite, MySQL, accounting software, data analysis, etc.
How long does this process take?
The process of recruitment, selection, and hiring can take 3 to 5 days from the payment date.
Are all of your virtual assistants bilingual?
