If they meet your requirements, they will move on to the next stage where they will be interviewed and finally selected. If we consider they are not qualified enough, they will be rejected. We select only the best talent!

How do I pay?

You can pay by Stripe and we’ll take care of all the obligations and all the payments to the VA. You make the payment directly to us.

Can I interview the applicants?

Absolutely! We want you to be satisfied with our service, so you can select the person that fits best your needs. On request, we will provide you with their contact information so you can interview them by phone, Skype, Zoom, WebEx, Google Hangouts, to name a few.

What criteria are you using to choose the best talent?

We profile our candidates based on their background, education, work history, and other characteristics related to your particular industry or the tasks needed. This may for example include their communication, organizational and technical skills – MS Office, G ‍Suite, MySQL, accounting software, data analysis, etc.

How long does this process take?

The process of recruitment, selection, and hiring can take 3 to 5 days from the payment date.

Are all of your customer support agents bilingual?

Yes. Most of our clients are US businesses or individuals, so our team must comply with our quality standards, including proficiency in English.
