It all started with Claudia, our director, when she was doing her MBA at NSU in Florida.

There, she met many entrepreneurs who had hired virtual assistants from the Philippines, but the time zone difference was causing communication issues.

Being from Colombia, Claudia knew that she could find highly qualified people to work as virtual assistants in Latin America.  She began to work on the idea, and There is Talent was born.
